The fee structure is unusually specific in some places and unusually vague in one important one. The FAQ describes a "profit first, pay later" model with no upfront fees, in which creators keep their OnlyFans payouts directly and are invoiced a weekly growth fee, on contracts that renew monthly and can be cancelled with a week of notice. What the site never publishes, anywhere we could find, is the actual fee percentage. Short notice periods and direct payout control are genuinely creator-friendly terms; an undisclosed rate is the single most important number to pin down before signing.

On corporate footprint, a California registration matching the name Sakura Management LLC appears on OpenCorporates with a company number whose prefix is consistent with a 2021 filing, though we could not confirm the filing details against the record itself. No leadership is named anywhere public: the one LinkedIn founder profile we found carries the company name in place of a person’s name.

The marketing claims are harder to weigh. The homepage advertises more than $20M earned with the agency’s team and trust from top 0.02% creators, figures with no independent corroboration we could locate. Its most prominent third-party placement is the number-one spot in a CreditDonkey ranking, a page that carries an advertiser-compensation disclosure. To that site’s credit the disclosure exists, but it means the placement is a marketing footprint, not earned coverage. We found no review-platform presence on Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Indeed, or Sitejabber, and the agency’s Medium content marketing has been dormant since January 2024.

For a creator, Sakura is worth evaluating through fit and process rather than headline scale. Get the weekly growth fee expressed as a number in writing first, then ask how many people are assigned to the account, what hours chat coverage actually runs, and whether the small-roster claim means more strategic involvement or simply a newer operation.
